According to this policy the employer has been referred as the master policy holder since the person is the head of the group. Here the employee would be receiving lump sum amount in case of his or her accidental death or retirement which ever takes place first. Group accidental benefit rider can also be obtained after making a payment of some additional premium. The fund is also known to offer the employer the opportunity to make a well planned fund so as to get returns that are linked to the market.

- According to this scheme, the minimum size of the group must be 10 and if riders are subscribed then the minimum size of the group must be twenty.
- This plan is meant for the people who are in the age group of eighteen and sixty-nine years.
- The policy offers ample flexibility to the insured regarding the selection of term for making the payment of premiums which are needed to make a policy fit and active through out the term. Here the terms that are offered to the customers is annually, half yearly, quarterly and monthly.
- Riders are also available in Aviva Group Gratuity Plan and the riders that are offered are Group Double Accident Benefit Rider and Group Permanent Total Disability rider.
- The minimum annual premium in this very Insurance Plan is rupees twenty lakhs.
